GST rates are subject to the “Final Price” charged for Hotel accommodation service or accommodation package. Early Check-in- Before 0800 hours- 100 % of the room rate. 0800-1200 hours- 50% of the room rate the guest has booked upon.
Late Checkout- 1100-1600 hours- 50% of the room rate. Beyond 1600 hours- 100% of the room rate guest has booked upon. Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms after 2100 hrs without registration and need to provide their identity proof .

Imagicaa management in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to vary the opening and closing dates and times of the attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attractions for any reason including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the Ticket will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of the advertised attractions are removed or closed during the year

Imagicaa Park Entry Ticket cancellations are NOT allowed once booked online or at the counter. No refunds are provided for full or partial cancellations before the visit date, and modifications are not permitted.
To ensure you don’t miss out on the fun, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your visit. Note visit validity window will be applicable only 15 days from original selected visit date (T+15). To reschedule, simply let us know at least 48 hours from choice of visit date within this 15 day time period.
