    Senior citizen’s ticket is simply a cover charge that permits them entry to visit Imagicaa Arena along with family members to watch them enjoy but not enter the play area. This cover charge is redeemable at the F&B and retail store at Imagicaa Arena.

  • How long is one session at Imagicaa’s Trampoline Park?

    Guests can enjoy 45 minutes of uninterrupted fun in one session! Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your slot for the safety debrief and to make the most of your time at Imagicaa Arena Trampoline Park.

  • Is the trampoline park safe?

    At Imagicaa Arena, safety is our top priority. We aim to foster an environment of fun and adventure whilst ensuring the highest safety standards for all our guests. Apart from regular safety checks and CCTV surveillance, all guests are given a safety briefing before their slot begins.

  • Can I bring my own food or drink?

    Food and beverages from outside are not permitted in the Imagicaa Arena Trampoline Park premises. Head to our cafe for refreshing beverages and snacks to recharge after an energetic trampoline park session!

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?

    If you need to cancel your online Trampoline Park booking - you can do so up to 48 hours prior to your visit date. Standard 25% cancellation charges apply.

  • Can I bring my own trampoline socks?

    For safety purposes, all guests must wear the special anti-slip grip socks specially designed for the trampolines and attractions at Imagicaa Arena. Don’t worry; all guests with a ticket will be provided with a pair of anti-slip grip socks for free!

Yes, simply pay the difference between the park’s regular ticket and Magic Pass to upgrade.

Yes, you can upgrade your Magic Pass regular access to an Express ticket by paying the nominal park-specific upgrade fee

If the Magic Pass goes missing or is stolen, it can be reissued for a fee of ₹200.

Magic Pass does not allow access to third party attractions and cannot be availed to purchase any MRP food and beverage items

  • How to book:
    • Select your desired visit date and choice of ticket while doing the transaction. Add to cart, check-out and on successful payment, guest will receive a confirmation citing all booking details within 24 hours
  • Guests will need to show the booking details email at Park admission to avail the entry
  • Guests will be required to show their valid government ID card for booking confirmation and entry to the park during the day of visit
  • Request for visit date change will have to be intimated at least 48 hours prior to the visit date booked and mentioned on ticket confirmation PDF. Visit Rescheduling Charges for the same will be onwards of ₹199* for Theme Park and ₹99* for Waterpark (plus applicable taxes).   • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation charges of 25% of the bookings will be applicable
  • Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, and 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
  • Any Refund requested will be processed subject to non-redemption within 10 Business days from receipt of requests.
  • In case of guest do not adhere to safety measures at the Park, Imagicaa holds the right of admission or to expel the guest from the Park premises for safety of all guests and employees without sighting any further reasons or explanations
