Bishwarup from Imagica coordinated right from the arrival and helped us to purchase the tickets with discount. And, have deployed Pratiksha at the water park and Sanket at the theme park, both of whom were fantastic.

Day 1 – Water Park:
Upon arriving at Novotel around noon, Ms. Sharadha and Mr. Biswaroop advised us to head directly to the water park without checking into the hotel due to limited time. This was great advice! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It wasn’t crowded, and thanks to Pratiksha, we were able to enjoy the rides on priority. The staff at each ride was professional and attentive, and they ensured we were well taken care of. My wife, kids, and I all had a blast. The kids’ section was warm, making them comfortable, and the availability of Jain food added to our ease – no need to rely on just snacks or juices!
Day 2 – Theme Park:
The rides were incredible, and the indoor activities blew our minds! The kids had a fantastic time, and Sanket’s guidance was key to us covering everything. Without him, we wouldn’t have managed to experience so much. A special highlight was sipping Turkish coffee in the rain – truly memorable.
The staff across the park was kind and helpful, and Pratiksha and Sanket ensured we were never left unattended. Even when they took breaks, someone was always there to assist.
Novotel Experience:
The stay at Novotel was wonderful. We had spacious rooms (459 and 459A), and the kids enjoyed all the amenities. The food was great, and the Imagica breakfast show was a delight. The kids took photos with Charlie Chaplin, danced with the performers, and had a memorable time – even at breakfast!
At the end of it all, we returned home feeling refreshed, not tired, which is rare after such trips. Usually, someone ends up with a cold or exhausted, but this time, everything went smoothly.
Hats off to the entire team! We’ll definitely return soon, perhaps with all our office colleagues!
